Season 4, Episode 2 – Hollywood Homicide
Colby is back on the job, but only temporarily, until he is reassigned. When charismatic up-and-coming movie star Brett Chandler is implicated in the murder of a young woman, Don and the team, including Colby, are thrown into the dizzying world of a Hollywood entourage. The agents learn that the victim was a call girl who had been falsely identified because she had had surgery to make herself look identical to another prostitute so that the two could sell themselves as twins. They soon discover that the two women had been part of a video pirating scam, profiting from their connections with Brett’s circle. All of this was done behind Brett’s back with the help of his entourage, who themselves were blackmailing Brett so they could live the high life on his dime. Brett’s dirty secret: he had accidentally killed his brother years before and, to keep it from derailing his newly successful career, had covered it up with a fake carjacking story. With Charlie’s help, the team figures out the identity of the call girl’s killer. Through it all, the other agents circle warily around Colby, uncertain of their feelings toward him. Colby finally receives his orders in a letter from the Director. What is his new assignment?

Season 1, Episode 1 – Pilot
Jay Burchell and Tyler Fog become the prime suspects after the New York Drexler Museum is bombed. To Jay and Tyler, all evidence points to their friend Will Traveler but when the FBI comes after them, they learn that the friend they knew never existed on record. To make matters worse, it seems that Will died during the bombing. After a tense chase through New York, Jay and Tyler manage to escape and set about uncovering the truth and clearing their name.

Season 1, Episode 2 – The Retreat
Jay and Tyler manage to reach the retreat of Tyler’s father, Carlton, who is a wealthy businessman has had his own trouble with the law. The senior Fog manages to convince Jay and Tyler to follow the directions of John Ellington, who works for a special kind of security firm. Jay and Tyler comply but Ellington turns on them on the road and aims to kill them. They narrowly escape.

Season 1, Episode 3 – New Haven
Jay and Tyler return to their old home of New Haven in the hope that they can uncover more information about Will and why he set them up. Instead, they must evade the police. At the end of the episode it is revealed that Will Traveler is alive, on his own, and carrying one of the paintings from the bombed museum.

Season 1, Episode 4 – The Out
Jay and Tyler make their way to Deer Harbor, Maine, Will’s hometown. There they meet Maya, Will’s girlfriend, who reveals more about Will’s past and the fact that they both worked for a secret organization. The duo’s new clue is a key to a security box in Boston.

Season 1, Episode 5 – The Tells
In Boston, Jay and Tyler unlock the security box and find various items such as fake passports and a gun that further connects Will to the bombing. Meanwhile, Will is captured and interrogated by his bosses, who threaten Maya’s life. Under pressure, Will reveals the events of the day of the Drexler bombing and his plan to leave the country with Maya after the job had been done. However, to Will’s anger, it is revealed that Maya has already been killed. The FBI manage to capture a new suspect, who hints to a far greater conspiracy.

Season 1, Episode 6 – The Trader
Jay and Tyler return to New York hoping to uncover new information. When Tyler visits his father, more is revealed and Carlton is revealed to be involved with the conspiracy. Meanwhile, Will turns further against his employers, moving to bring them down and avenge the death of his girlfriend.

Season 1, Episode 7 – The Reunion
Still in New York, Jay and Tyler go their separate ways after an argument. Jay and his girlfriend Kim reunite. However, when they move to bring evidence to the FBI, Tyler must stop them after finding out that someone in the FBI is involved with the terrorist plot. Will also travels to New York as he continues his quest to take down his former employers. At the end of the episode, the three friends reunite.

Season 1, Episode 8 – The Exchange
In the final episode of the series, Will, Jay and Tyler work together to bring down the conspiracy that ruined their lives. The traitor within the FBI is also revealed. But just when Will, Jay and Tyler manage to gather the evidence they need to clear their names, including the man responsible (Jack Freed), the limousine carrying Freed and the evidence explodes in the series’ cliffhanger.

Season 2, Episode 15 – Requiem For A Bantamweight
Bobby risks his life when he is asked by a former girlfriend to help his old childhood friend Paulie, a would-be pugilist whose career quickly flamed out and is now a hopeless junkie near death. While Bobby wonders what his life could have been with the now-married Gina, he is torn apart watching his sick running mate, who would sell his soul and anyone else’s for a dime bag. Meanwhile, Officer Sully is shocked to meet the “other” man in the life of Tatiana, his new Ukrainian girlfriend, and he harbors some new doubts about her romantic motives.

Season 3, Episode 2 – September Tenth
On September 10, 2001, Officer Sullivan parties with his partner Davis in Atlantic City on the eve of his wedding to Tatiana while Officer Yokas makes plans to go to her doctor for her biopsy results. Meanwhile, the rest of the “Third Watch” personnel continue to make plans as firefighter Doherty can’t get enough rest after nursing his sick young son the night before; Kim isolates herself and sinks deeper into depression, and Bosco goes looking for love in all the wrong places.

Season 3, Episode 3 – After Time
In the third and final episode saluting the heroes of September 11, 2001, the squad battle through their own personal emotions and misgivings towards their hero status one week after the tragedies while working 16-hour shifts and spending every free moment at “the pile,” searching for their missing friends. Kim makes her return to the squad, teaming up with Doc, which allows an emotionally frayed Taylor to return to paramedic duty. Meanwhile, an exhausted Officer Sullivan attempts to co-exist with his prospective Russian in-laws while he waits for an opportunity to marry Tatiana.

Season 3, Episode 14 – Superheroes: Part 1
Two murderous rivals–a Russian mobster, Fyodor Chevchenko, and a local New York gang leader, C-Note –clash in a potentially lethal confrontation. Sully becomes enraged after his Russian stepson, Sergei (recurring guest star AARON STANFORD), is beaten by Chevchenko’s men. But the enmity between Chevchenko and C-Note, whose younger brother was killed by Chevchenko, doesn’t become obvious to Sully until he is caught in their deadly crossfire. Meanwhile, a patrol cop, Ross, reluctantly partners with the angry Bosco, who rebuffs Yokas for reporting his emotional difficulties.

Season 3, Episode 15 – Superheroes: Part 2
The police officers sort through the carnage and count their dead in the wake of a shootout between rival gangs. While Yokas tries to interrogate a ruthless Russian mobster, Fyodor Chevchenko, Sully worries about the severely wounded Davis and regrets causing the incident. Sully’s wife, Tatiana, chastises him for hassling her injured son (recurring guest star AARON STANFORD). Meanwhile, Yokas worries about her ineffective, frightened rookie partner, Gusler, and a weary Doc gets some unexpected good news about his medical malpractice suit.
