Hey Guys!

Apparently the site was hacked and had a malicious script inserted into the site which caused it to be blacklisted by Google. I am still unsure on how that happened in the first place but I’m sorry about the site being inaccessible for the last few days. It appears to be whitelisted once more thankfully. Thanks to Justine and Umi for making me aware of the blacklist situation.

Also, a belated 5 year birthday/anniversary to the site. I know I have been slow with updates and I still need to add screencaps from Mad Men and The Cake Eaters, but I just want to say thank you to all the visitors and support the past 5 years. And a special thank you to Aaron for being the extremely talented actor that he is.

Tonight I attended another screening of How I Got Lost where I met Joe Leonard once more and Aaron Stanford for the first time. He was very kind and agreed to do an interview for the site. I am unsure about when this will happen, but I will keep you updated. Aaron also won the NY Emerging Talent Award at the Big Apple Film Festival tonight. A photo of his award can be viewed below.

Holy Money is scheduled for European theatrical release September 16, 2009 through Kinepolis, a Belgium-based distributor and operator of cinema complexes in Belgium, France, Spain, and Switzerland. Thanks to Ashe for the heads up, Runaway will be seeing a DVD distribution and possible limited theatrical release this December!

I apologise for the lack of updates around here, I’ve actually been super busy. I will have screencaps from The Cake Eaters up as soon as I find time to cap the film. But anyway, I did just get back from a screening of How I Got Lost at AceFest. It was an awesome film, and I hope it gets a wider release and soon.

Joe Leonard at the Q&A mentioned that the film will be screening at festivals in Ohio, St. Louis and Colorado. He also mentioned that they are trying to get it into a festival in the Boston. I also spoke to Joe very briefly after the Q&A, and he told me that Aaron was going to attend the screening but had to work.

How I Got Lost will be screening at AceFest in New York City on July 10th. To purchase tickets, please go here. I will be attending the festival.
